Anna D’Amico
We are in Castelletto, a further small location of Brenzone characterized by a nice harbor and a old city centre. We meet with Anna, who is originally from Napoli but lives here in the meantime since 30 years. She got to loves her Castelletto pretty much and is delighted about the gain in fame her once unknown location among the visitors is experiencing. Maybe it is also through her good ideas and efforts always trying to offer small but nice services that she contributed to the coming back of visitors year after year. Castelletto became a pretty attractive and enjoyable place thanks to combination of small shops, friendly people and its nice harbor.
Anna opened her shop, a small boutique, in Castelletto 21 years ago and later on as she saw the growing demand she opened another one in Magugnano. Her children Celeste, Elisa and Feredico got to know what it is like to work in the shop very early and are already taken over some tasks concerning Anna’s activity.
Gianfranco , her partner, next to his activity of selling shipping material, stores and maintains motor and sailing boats. Nevertheless his true passion belongs to the boatbuilding. It is thanks to this love that he built for example “Loredana” a nice and typical fishermen boat, which also figures in the list of the boats to rent.
The service is excellent and navigating on the sea allows everyone to start its own expedition and experience the freedom related to the connection of oneself to the nature that once only fishermen had the chance to experience.
